Spring to Mind

Spring to Mind is a counselling and expressive arts therapy clinic located in the Coffs Coast (NSW); we facilitate in-person and online therapeutic services. Led by Mrs. Olga Rubio Garcia, a certified and accredited counsellor and psychotherapist, the practice specializes in compassionate, evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual needs. Spring to Mind aims to support clients in overcoming personal challenges and enhancing their mental and emotional wellbeing through traditional counselling and innovative expressive arts therapy. Spring to Mind is a welcoming and inclusive space and offers consultations in both English and Spanish.
