Nani’s focus has always been on infusing First Nations art and stories into society; however, it’s impossible to ignore the intersections with other marginalised groups. What other stories are being left out of the mainstream narrative? And how can those stories be told by the creatives and creators who live those experiences? Our approach to this industry is centred on inclusion—neurodiverse perspectives, queer voices, age and gender-inclusive stories, culturally-appropriate content… creating the kind of work that broadens the way we all see the world.
