Link To Us is a trauma-informed counselling practice based in the Central Coast (also online), committed to supporting children, young people, adults, and families through compassionate, creative, and inclusive care. We offer individual therapy and tailored programs for a wide range of needs, including trauma, domestic and family violence, emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, ADHD, autism, dementia, and other cognitive impairments. We proudly support the LGBTQIA+ community and embrace individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Our safe, respectful, and affirming space integrates creative therapies, psychoeducation, and evidence-based strategies to empower every client on their journey toward healing and positive change.
