Founded in November 2022, Rainbow Connections was established by a dedicated group of passionate support workers who envisioned an ethical and inclusive support service for people with disabilities. Rooted in advocacy for human rights and social justice, our organization is proudly feminist, neurodivergent, and LGBTIQA+ inclusive. At Rainbow Connections, we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all. We are committed to providing honest, high-quality support services without compromise—no shortcuts, no exploitation. Guided by our values of equality, equity, advocacy, empowerment, and transparency, we foster self-determination and independence for every individual we support. As a trauma-informed workforce with extensive experience, we are especially dedicated to addressing issues surrounding domestic and family violence. Our team is alternative-lifestyle-friendly, offering judgment-free support tailored to diverse lifestyles and needs. We cater to the intersect of People with a disability who are also part of the queer community.
